You can assign different roles to different members of your organization to give them different permissions. This article describes what users with each role - Org Admin, Admin, Manager, or KT Admin - is able to do.
Roles can assigned to a user from their profile page. You can also use User Groups to automatically assign roles.

1 - An Org Admin is a user with the role of Admin at the Practice level (i.e. the top of your organization hierarchy). An Admin is a user with the role of Admin at the Clinic or Region level. Other roles, including Managers and Preceptors, have visibility limited by their assigned level (a user who is a Preceptor at a Clinic level can only see Skills programs for that Clinic). 2 - Admins and KT Admins have full access to create, assign, monitor, and review Skills in Education Management. Managers have view-only access from Education Management. Preceptors do not have access to Education management and work from the preceptor workflow on their dashboard to evaluate and sign off.
