This article explains how to enroll patients in Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) for HEP in Medbridge Care and in Classic. Use the sections below based on which platform version your organization uses.
Medbridge Care
Enable RTM for an HEP episode
-
Open the patient record in Medbridge Care.
-
Select the relevant HEP episode.
-
On the episode Overview, select Edit episode on Episode details.
-
Select Enable RTM for this episode.
Notes
- RTM is per episode and can be enabled on one episode at a time per patient.
- Once enabled, RTM cannot be turned off for that episode.
-
If you don’t see RTM settings, contact your administrator. RTM
may be disabled
for your organization or role.
Troubleshooting
- I don’t see the RTM option in Episode details. RTM may be turned off at the organization level or not enabled for your role. Contact your administrator.
- I enabled RTM on the wrong episode. RTM cannot be turned off once enabled for an episode. You can, however, cancel the episode and create a new one with RTM not enabled. We recommend that you document the correction as needed and contact your administrator for guidance.
