New Product Features
CARE
Unified Analytics Featuring the New and Improved Care Analytics
We’ve launched a redesigned Org Analytics experience, now organized into three focused areas: Care Analytics, Education Analytics, and Usage Analytics.
While all three bring improved clarity, the biggest upgrade is Care Analytics, which offers a complete reskin and new insights to help organizations accelerate digital maturity.
With Care Analytics, leaders now have visibility into:
- Episode types (Access Code, Patient-Linked, Pathways)
- Digital vs. print sharing behaviors
These insights are available across organization, region, clinic, and clinician levels, making it easier to identify gaps, guide behavior, and drive more consistent digital care delivery. This unlocks the ability to actively manage the shift toward patient-linked, digitally delivered care—not just measure it.
Important updates:
- Utilization Analytics is deprecated
- All organizations, across all product versions, now access analytics through the Org Analytics landing page
CARE
Care Team Notes
Care Team Notes provides a centralized space for clinicians to document patient outreach, internal communications, and vital updates. This tool replaces external spreadsheets to ensure everyone involved in a patient's care remains aligned.
Use Care Team Notes to capture information relevant to a patient’s care journey, such as noting a voicemail left for a patient or a brief update on a care plan that another clinician may need to know. These notes are visible to the entire care team but can only be managed (edited or deleted) by the original author.
CARE - RTM
Streamlined RTM Documentation for Billing
The RTM Streamlined Documentation feature enables one-step documentation, creating a clear, audit-ready trail with minimal effort. The goal is to simplify monthly billing for clinicians and reduce ambiguity in the process.
Each summary is generated as a static, code-specific phrase aligned with the RTM code being billed, ensuring consistency and defensibility in documentation. Clinicians can copy the summary to their clipboard, optionally include supporting activity data, and save it directly to the activity report—producing a clean, versioned PDF audit trail.
This release is designed to reduce documentation friction while increasing billing confidence and compliance.
CARE - RTM
RTM Device Supply Interval Detail Report
We’ve added a new RTM Device Supply Interval Detail Report (requested by customers) to help identify completed 30-day RTM supply intervals eligible for CPT 98977 or 98985 billing.
Because RTM supply billing follows rolling 30-day intervals rather than calendar months, each closed interval now appears as its own record with interval dates, activity days, interval number, and billable status.
All organization types (Classic and OneCare) can use this report to review completed intervals weekly and submit device supply charges as intervals close.
Organizations on Classic can also use this report to access interval details, activity counts, and dates needed to manage device supply codes and document billing in their EMR, since updated RTM thresholds are not surfaced in the patient record interface.
CARE - PROs
Updated Cadence for PROMIS Assessments in HEP
We’ve reduced the cadence of HEP PROMIS assessments from 28 days to 14 days.
The goal is twofold:
- Enable patients to complete assessments earlier and more frequently, providing more timely status updates to their care teams.
- Improve capture rates by surfacing the task earlier in the care journey, increasing the likelihood of completion.
This change is intended to strengthen clinical visibility between visits while also improving overall engagement and data completeness.
EDUCATE
Individual Completion Records Downloadable Transcripts
Individual learners now have a new completion record type beyond certificates. Users can generate customizable transcripts of their Medbridge records from the Completion Records section on the dashboard. Please note that this downloadable transcript is currently available for individual learner views only and is not a feature within the Admin interface.
The transcripts format the records currently visible on the page into a concise PDF, grouping completion records in chronological order by year, similar to an academic transcript. Because transcripts are generated from filtered records, users can select which record types and time frames to include.
While transcripts are less detailed than certificates and not intended for CEU reporting, they provide a simple, portable way to share completed learning in Medbridge.
Completion Records for admins and individuals now includes all records across all content types. This update adds Certificate Programs, Certificate Prep Programs, and webinars.

COMPLIANCE
Quarterly Catalog Updates
We continuously review and update our compliance catalog to refresh quiz and scenario questions, update references and resources, and ensure all language reflects current regulatory information, including minor regulatory language changes. Routine course updates do not include substantive content changes (such as major regulatory updates), so admins can be confident that learners receive the same core information regardless of when they complete a course.
Courses reviewed and updated during Q1:
- Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Microlearning
- Inclusive Coworker: Fostering a Welcoming and Accommodating Workplace
- General Compliance Microlearning
- Preventing the Spread of COVID-19 for Healthcare Staff
- Communication with Patients Who Are Deaf and Hearing-Impaired
- Communication with Patients and Residents Who Are Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Minnesota
- Workplace Violence Microlearning
Compliance Course Modernization
We’re giving your most-utilized compliance courses a refreshed design and improved accessibility, without changing the content you rely on. To close out Q1, we modernized our top compliance courses to deliver a better experience for both learners and admins.
These updates transition high-utilization courses from the legacy format into the refreshed style introduced after our 2024 rebrand, while improving alignment with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). This modernization is strictly a design and accessibility upgrade. The course content remains substantively unchanged. Admins can be confident that every learner, whether completing the legacy or updated version, receives the same essential compliance information.
Courses updated and modernized during Q1 (publishing soon):
- Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Prevention for Clinical Staff
- Emergency Preparedness in Hospice
- General Compliance Training for Healthcare Staff
- Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) in Hospice
- Preventing and Reporting Elder Abuse
- Ethics in Healthcare
- Emergency Preparedness in Home Health
- OSHA: Worker Safety in Home Health and Hospice
- Philosophy of Hospice Care
- HIPAA: Patient Privacy and Information Security in Home Health and Hospice
- Preventing Incidents and Adverse Events in Home Health and Hospice
To view more details on how we maintain our compliance catalog, review the help center article.
Note on compliance updates: Students who have not previously started a compliance course will automatically receive the most recent version. To ensure all employees complete the newest version (including those who have already started or completed a prior version), admins will need to delete and re-add the course to any knowledge tracks with the “Retake Required” option selected.
