In this video, you'll see where to find RTM Analytics, how to filter your view, and how to use the Enablement, Care Management, and Billing tabs to manage outreach.
To review RTM across your caseload, go to Analytics and open the RTM Care Management and RTM Billing dashboard.
You can start with the Filters panel at the top to set the time range, filter by assignor, limit by location, or switch episode state to Active if you want only in-progress episodes. Filters are available on each tab to allow you to focus fast before you dive into the details.
On the Enablement tab, you can see how many episodes were enabled and how many activated each month. This also helps you identify patients who haven't activated, where you need to prioritize outreach. Click the Not Activated bar on the graph above to filter the patient list below, and sort by RTM Enabled Date. Clicking on a patient will give you an option to jump to their patient record.
The Care Management tab helps you manage patient engagement and, as needed, re-engagement. Use the Interval Status to spot who's on track to meet their activity requirement, as well as who's at risk or has missed too many days to meet the requirement. Use the Treatment Chart to see patients meeting treatment thresholds and the Required Interaction in. These reports can help ensure you are reaching required treatment thresholds. For example, if you notice a patient has not met their interaction requirement, then, just like before, you can click on a patient's name to jump to their patient record and prepare for a phone or video call.
The Billing tab rolls up potential billable units by month. Click any bar in the charts to filter the table below and review those specific patients. Please remember to treat these numbers as guidance only. Your organization is responsible for claims submission and compliance. If it aligns with your organization's workflow, you can use Export to share the details with your billing team.
That concludes your tour of RTM Analytics in MedBridge Care. We covered how to set up your filters, using the Enablement and Care Management tabs to drive follow-up, and using the Billing tab to review potential billable units. For more help, visit the Help Center or contact Member Support.
