It’s easy to manage subscriptions and users using the MedBridge Organization Summary Page.
In this video, we’ll review how to navigate the organization summary page.
Start by navigating to My Practice, Org Management. At the top of the page, you will see your Customer Success Manager as well as your Subscription Renewal Month. To see a top down view of your organization, click the Organization Hierarchy button. Please note that the Hierarchy Page is only accessible from a Chrome or Firefox browser. From here, you can navigate to different pages pertaining to each section of your organization.To view the People page, click on the Manage Users button.
Further down the Organization Summary page, you will see two windows which show you your organization’s Total Users as well as Total Purchased Subscriptions. The user window will provide a breakdown of users with and without subscriptions as well as options for adding users and assigning subscriptions. Note that if you have a user who has an individual subscription, they will be included in the Total Users number. The subscriptions window will show Total Purchased Subscriptions, Assigned Subscriptions, and Available Subscriptions.
At the bottom of the page, you will find the Subscription Breakdown window. From here, you can view your organization’s subscription details including subscription type, subscriptions assigned, subscriptions available, and total subscriptions.
