As a Medbridge administrator, it’s easy to keep your data current by updating user and clinic information.
In this video, we’ll review how to update user profiles and edit clinic information.
To update user information, start by navigating to the Organization Summary page. Then, click on Manage Users to bring you to the People page. Search for the user and select their name.
From here, you can click Edit to update the employee’s name, clinic, and any custom fields your organization uses. Then click Save User. If the user has an incorrect discipline, please contact that individual or our Medbridge Admin Support team to update that information.
If a user is taking a leave of absence, you can also update their on-leave status by selecting an option from the drop-down and then clicking Change Status. Setting an employee’s status to on-leave will only affect Knowledge Track assignments and Knowledge Track reporting. Once the employee is moved back to Active status, they will receive all Knowledge Tracks that were assigned to them while they were on-leave. Due dates for those knowledge tracks will be appropriately assigned based on the date their account was reactivated.
Below, you can add or remove roles for the employee. Roles determine what permissions a user has, such as adding new users or creating Knowledge Tracks.
To edit clinic information, navigate to My Practice, Clinics. From here, you can locate the clinic from the list, the map view, or by searching for the clinic using the search bar.
Next, click on the name of your clinic and choose Edit. From here, you can update the clinic’s name, branding, address, and phone number, then click Update Clinic. This information will be visible to patients on their home exercise programs.
To add a new clinic or add a region to your org structure, please reach out to your Admin Support team.
