As part of our transition to the Medbridge One Care Platform—our modernized care platform—we’re simplifying plan names, consolidating SKUs, and unlocking additional capabilities to support the way you deliver care today (and tomorrow).

In your upcoming renewal or once you migrate to the new One Care platform, you’ll see updated plan names on your invoice and in your Organization Management page. For plans with updated access levels, like Student and Tech, capabilities are being realigned to reflect their original intended use.
Use the table below to find your previous plan name, its new name, and the additional features you now have access to.
