Our Care Ops plan is an excellent fit for users who need to assist with care operations, but will not be providers themselves.
Care Ops can create patients, assign PROs, resend invites, reshare HEPs, and message patients. However, they cannot create episodes, create HEPs, be a patient's primary clinician, or log RTM activity.
