This page brings together the downloadable Medbridge Outcomes resources in one place, organized by who they are for. Whether you are a clinician assigning your first Patient-Reported Outcome (PRO), a clinical leader tracking performance across your organization, or preparing materials to hand to patients, you can find and download the right resource here.
About these resources
Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs), also called Outcomes, are short, validated questionnaires that measure how a patient is feeling and functioning during their recovery. The resources below help you assign Outcomes, review results, and set patient expectations so your program runs smoothly from day one.

New to Outcomes?
If you are setting up Outcomes for the first time, start with the Clinician Job Aids above to learn how to assign a PRO on an episode and how to introduce it to your patients. Clinical leaders should begin with the Strategy & Foundations guide to plan a rollout before turning to the Dashboard Job Aid for ongoing reporting.
Tip
Assign the PRO at episode creation whenever possible. A baseline captured up front is what every later assessment is measured against, and the first visit is the most natural moment to set patient expectations.
