As an Org Admin, you can manage your organization's payment method and billing details directly through the Stripe Billing Portal. This includes adding a new payment method, updating an existing one, and keeping your billing address current.
Steps to add or update your organization's payment method within the Stripe Billing Portal

From the navigation bar, select My Practice, then Org Management.

Once in Organization Management, select the Billing tab.

In the Payment & Billing Details section, click Open Billing Portal.

You'll be directed to the Stripe Billing Portal. From here you can:
- Add a new payment method
- Update an existing payment method
- Add or update your billing address
- Once your changes are saved, your updated billing details will be reflected in your account.
Troubleshooting
- Don't see the Billing tab? Confirm that you are logged in as an Org Admin. This tab is not visible to other user roles.
- Don't see the Open Billing Portal button? Your organization may not be on the Stripe payment platform. Refer to this article for the legacy payment method steps.
- Changes not saving? Make sure all required fields are filled out, including a valid card number and billing address, before saving.
