The "Educate" Solutions
These plans are focused on clinician growth, licensing, and compliance.
In-Home Basics: This plan is the foundation for home health and hospice organizations that need to stay audit-ready. Unlike the clinician-heavy tiers, In-Home Basics focuses on compliance rather than CEUs. It provides a library of 750+ home-health-specific courses, mandatory compliance training (OASIS-E1, HIPAA, etc.), and a basic Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee completion.
Business Essentials: If your primary goal is "risk mitigation" rather than "clinical growth," this is the plan. Business Essentials strips away the clinician CEU library and focuses purely on organizational compliance. It includes the full LMS toolkit such as Knowledge Tracks, custom content uploading, and reporting, but restricts the library to the 150+ core compliance and regulatory courses required for facility operation.

The "Care" Solutions
These plans bridge the gap between education and patient interaction by adding digital health tools.
Care Essentials: This is the entry-level "Patient Care" tier. It does not include clinician education (CEUs). Instead, it provides the tools needed to interact with patients digitally: the Home Exercise Program (HEP) builder (with 8,000+ videos), the Medbridge GO mobile app, and the patient portal.
Care Elite: It includes everything in Care Essentials but adds Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) for revenue generation, AI-Powered Motion Capture for digital assessments, and Guided Pathways.
Medbridge Essentials: Our "all-in-one" starter bundle. It includes everything in the Education tier plus the Home Exercise Program (HEP) builder, patient education videos, and access to the patient mobile app.
Medbridge Elite: The most robust plan for high-volume clinics. It provides unlimited HEP episodes and unlocks advanced digital care features like Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) billing support, AI-Powered Motion Capture, and Guided Care Pathways for automated, condition-specific patient journeys.
