Pathways Is Now Live! Experience Our New Provider-First Digital Care Platform That Reduces Barriers to MSK Care
The wait is over—Pathways is live! Our new patient-centered Digital MSK Care platform increases access and engagement by getting more patients to the right level of care, faster. Designed with a hybrid model of healthcare in mind, Pathways supports busy providers and increases access to quality research-informed, personalized care for patients.
Pathways is designed be an extension of the provider, not to replace in-person care. Providers can now assign appropriate patients to a pathway at any point along the care journey. The pathway then guides the patient through a phased series of functional assessments, educational materials, and exercise progressions, collecting data and feedback along the way so patients never feel too far from their provider.
