In most instances, the subscription will automatically renew on the renewal date, one year after subscribing to Medbridge. Automatically renewing ensures that you never lose access and can continue to take courses and care for patients without interruption.
You have the option to cancel your subscription or disable the auto-renewal feature at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Medbridge until your scheduled renewal date, at which point your subscription will be automatically terminated. Please be advised that, in accordance with our terms of service, canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund.
In this article, we’ll show you how to cancel your subscription if you’re an individual, or if you purchased a group subscription for your organization through our website.
Canceling an Individual Subscription
If you do wish to cancel your subscription, or disable automatic renewal, simply log in to your account, click the Subscription tab, and press Turn off automatic renewal. Your subscription will be active until the expiration date.
Note: The pricing in the screenshot above may not reflect your pricing.
If you’d like to edit your payment method, you can also do this in the Subscription tab.
Canceling a Group Subscription
Self-service accounts will see a “Billing” tab in Organization Management. On this page, you have access to three things: Subscription Management, Payment & Billing Details, and Billing Contact.
Canceling and turning off auto-renew are the same for our subscriptions. To disable auto-renew, click the button in the Subscription Management box and confirm. This won't cancel your subscription immediately, but stops auto-renewal after your current term.
If your organization has episodic billing products, you'll still be billed monthly for those until your term ends.
To turn back on auto-renew, click the button again. This ensures that on your renewal date, we don’t cancel your account, and instead process the renewal.
