Clinician Resources
To help your clinicians adapt to the new RTM workflow, it can be helpful to show them the value of this new workflow and reinforce the expected behavior. To help with this, MedBridge has created the following resources.
- The Clinician Workflow document will remind clinicians of the steps they need to take when working with an RTM patient to ensure they maximize patient engagement and RTM reimbursement.
- The Caring for Patients Digitally eBook will show clinicians the positive impact this new workflow will make, helping motivate them to make a change.

Patient Resources
Your RTM initiative won't be successful unless your patients engage in their care. To make it as easy as possible for your patients, we've created the following resources that will help them download the MedBridge Go app and set them up for success with RTM.
Consider printing off these flyers and distributing them to patients or hanging them around the clinic.
