As an administrator, you need to see how your RTM program is performing across the organization. You need to see which clinics are performing well, which need to improve, and determine how much revenue you can anticipate earning. The RTM Analytics dashboard provides you with the insights needed to meet these needs and more.
RTM analytics is found under the My Practice tab. Only users with a role of admin or manager who have an active HEP subscription will be able to access this dashboard. Admins and managers will only be able to view the regions and clinics that they have access to.
Note: To see patient level data, you’ll need to navigate to the RTM Reporting Dashboard by hovering over Patient Engagement, selecting Home Exercise Program, and selecting RTM Reporting.
In the dashboard there are 6 tabs, each providing a different aspect of RTM data for organization leaders to monitor patient and clinician activity for RTM billing:
- Enrollment - This tab helps you determine the volume of RTM episodes being created across your organization.
- Setup - Use this tab to determine how many episodes have hit the billing milestones for the Device Setup code, 98975, each month.
- Supply - Use this tab to determine how many episodes have hit the billing milestones for the Device Setup codes, 98976 and 98977, each month.
- Treatment - Use this tab to determine how many episodes have hit the billing milestones for the Treatment codes, 98980 and 98981, each month.
- Monthly Reports - Used to identify patients who are eligible for reimbursement for each code.
- Data Definitions - This tab provides a detailed description of each data point.
More detail about each tab can be found below.
Enrollment
When you first open RTM analytics, you’ll land on the Enrollment tab. This tab helps you determine the volume of programs that have been enrolled in RTM and the volume of programs that have been activated by patients (meaning they have logged in at least once).
This data can be filtered in a number of ways, including to a specific clinic, region, or time period using the filters at the top of the page.
The graphs at the top of the page show the number of RTM episodes created and activated in two ways: a monthly view and over the trailing four weeks. The bar graph represents the number of episodes and the line graph represents the percentage of activated episodes. You can use this information to determine how your RTM program is growing over time.
In the table below the graph, you can see how each clinic within your organization is performing. You can filter the time period using the filter in the upper right, then determine how many programs were enabled and activated at each clinic within that time period.
You can use this information to determine clinics that are performing well who may have best practices worth sharing, or clinics that are underperforming and may need assistance addressing roadblocks to RTM adoption.
At the bottom of the page, there are two tables that show the number of episodes enabled (left) and activated (right) each month. You can use these tables to track the number of episodes you will be billed each quarter.
