The MedBridge Home Health clinical in-services are up-to-date, evidence-based CE courses developed and taught by leading home health experts specifically for clinicians working in the home health setting.
MedBridge recommends identifying 1–2 key areas of practice and providing targeted education (CE courses and/or Skills Training) to clinicians during onboarding, working toward the standardization of care and related processes. Clinical courses can also be used to build a 3-to-12-month mentorship program or can be assigned as part of targeted quality improvement initiatives to reduce negative occurrences and standardize care.
Clinical in-service Knowledge Tracks can be customized to include specific course topics as well as courses for each discipline. For each course, the clinicians who are eligible to receive CE upon completion of the course are listed after the title.
Below you will find recommended Knowledge Tracks for the following topics:
- Chronic Disease Management and Fall Prevention
- Dementia Care
- Heart Failure and COPD Management
- Pain Management
- Wound Care
