MedBridge GO is a mobile app the allows patients to access the Home Exercise Program and/or Patient Education you've assigned. Using the app, the patient can follow along with the exercise videos, track your progress, set reminders, and more!
If your patients need help using MedBridge GO, encourage them to check out the Patient Help Center at support.medbridgego.com.

Settings and Reminders
By tapping the gear icon in the upper right corner, patients can enable notifications and set reminders to keep on track with their goals for recovery.
* Note: if your patient does not enter their name exactly as it is entered in your MedBridge account, they may not be able to access their program. For example, if your patient is listed as “Matthew” in your records but they enter “Matt” when setting up their account, they will not be able to access their program. If your patient has difficulty logging in, be sure to check they are entering in their name as it is listed in your system. Don’t worry, this will only be an issue when they first log in to MedBridge!
