MedBridge GO is a mobile app the allows patients to access the Home Exercise Program and/or Patient Education you've assigned. Using the app, the patient can follow along with the exercise videos, track your progress, set reminders, and more!
App Download and Login
To get started, your patient will need to download the MedBridge GO app. Have your patient search for “MedBridge GO” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
To login your patient will need the following:
- Access Code
- First and Last Name (as listed in MedBridge)*
- Date of Birth
- Email Address
Have your patient follow the prompts in the app to enter in the information above. They will then be prompted to create a username and password.
Tip: To make things easy for your patient, encourage them to use their email as their username and enable sign in with a PIN, fingerprint, or FaceID.
The Patient Experience
Once your patient logs in, they'll see the following screen. They can quickly access their program by tapping the "Go" button, or they can access additional features by tapping the icons at the bottom of the screen.
Below you'll find an explanation of each of these menus. For more details about the MedBridge Go experience, check out Helping Your Patients use the MedBridge GO App

Patients can gain a deeper understanding of their condition with patient education.
Your patient can message you directly if they have pain or difficulty with a specific exercise.
Note: This feature is not enabled for all organizations. Talk to your MedBridge administrator for more information.
Patients can track activity and progress throughout treatment and post care.
Settings and Reminders
By tapping the gear icon in the upper right corner, patients can enable notifications and set reminders to keep on track with their goals for recovery.
* Note: if your patient does not enter their name exactly as it is entered in your MedBridge account, they may not be able to access their program. For example, if your patient is listed as “Matthew” in your records but they enter “Matt” when setting up their account, they will not be able to access their program. If your patient has difficulty logging in, be sure to check they are entering in their name as it is listed in your system. Don’t worry, this will only be an issue when they first log in to MedBridge!
