As a MedBridge administrator, you have full control to manage subscriptions and easily keep your roster up-to-date.
In this video, we’ll review how to add and remove users and subscriptions.
Start by navigating to the Organization Summary page. For more information about this page, check out the Organization Summary Page video.
To add a user, click on Add User in the user window and enter the new user’s email address. Next, fill out the new user’s name, discipline, and any custom fields for your organization. Then, you can assign the user to a clinic. Note that you can select multiple clinics if applicable. To finish, review the information and click continue.
A success message will display with an Assign Subscription button. To assign a subscription, click the Assign Subscription button and select a subscription type from the available subscriptions listed. Click Continue, review that the information is correct, and click Assign. Your new user will receive a confirmation email upon completion.
To assign a subscription to an existing user in your organization, navigate to the subscription manager page by clicking on the assign subscription button in the Organization Summary Page or Hierarchy Page, and you’ll be taken to the People Page, which lists all the users at your organization.
From there, click on a user without a subscription to be taken to their Profile Page, and click Assign Subscription. Then, select a subscription type, review that the information is correct, and click assign.
To remove or replace a user’s subscription, click Edit under the subscription manager section on the user’s profile page. From the subscription manager page, select either Remove Subscription or Replace Subscription and click continue.
For replacement, follow the same process as assigning a subscription to replace the user’s current one. For removal, review the details and click Unassign. From here, you can either return to the user’s profile or you can click Remove User to remove them from your organization.
You can also remove users by clicking Remove User at the top of the user’s profile page.
