In this demonstration, we’ll review how administrators and managers can view their staff's progress on individual Knowledge Tracks and across all assigned Knowledge Tracks.
To see the status of a particular Knowledge Track, navigate to the Knowledge Tracks library, locate the Knowledge Track you’d like to review, then choose Outcomes. You can use the filters to narrow down which users are included in the report. You can also download the report, and it will remain scoped based on the filters you applied.
To track progress on all Knowledge Tracks assigned to learners within your view, navigate to My Practice, Cross-track Reporting.
The Summary Page allows you to gain immediate insight by showing the most important information about completions of Knowledge Tracks with assigned due dates. You can click on any metric to get the list of users it represents. If you want to narrow your results even more, you can use filters.
For more details on each user’s progress, navigate to the All Data page. Here, you can sort data, use filters, expand information on each learner, and search for particular users. You can also send customizable emails from this page by clicking Email All. Choose if you’d like the message to come from the email address associated with your MedBridge account, or if it should be sent as a generic email from MedBridge. You can also download a report.
