Taking a course through MedBridge is intuitive, rewarding, and will leave you more prepared to face the challenges of your practice.
To access course content from your dashboard, hover over "Education and Training”, and you will see our different course types. Select a course type to be taken to the course catalog.
Once you have selected a course, you’ll be taken to the course details page. Here, you can find more information on what the course will cover, meet your instructor, and review chapters and learning objectives. On the right side of the page you can see other courses in the same series.
Once you’ve reviewed the course details, you can click on the “start course” button to get started or bookmark the course for later. You can find bookmarked courses on your dashboard page. If a course is available for continuing education credit, you'll be able to confirm your license details before beginning the course. Otherwise, you’ll be taken directly to the course content.
Most MedBridge courses include a video and slides component. You can choose the layout that works best for you using the icons below the course player window.
Use the Table of Contents to review the structure of the course or to navigate between different parts of the course.
After reviewing course material, you’ll be able to take a learning assessment to help retain the information you just learned. Each question includes rationale statements for both correct and incorrect answers, so regardless of how you initially answered the question, you can still gain valuable knowledge for your practice.
Starting and stopping courses is easy. If you’ve started a course but don’t have time to finish, click “save and return”
When you wish to resume your course, navigate to your dashboard and find the course in the “in progress” section. Select the course you wish to complete and hit “resume course” to start from where you left off.
MedBridge is always reviewing its courses to make sure we are providing you with the most up-to-date information, and you may receive an email that a course you have been assigned is going to be retired. If you receive notification that a course is being retired, be sure to complete the course before the retirement date.
To watch courses on the go, download our MedBridge clinician app! The app allows you to start a new course or resume course in progress from the convenience of your mobile device.
