With MedBridge’s Home Exercise Program, you can easily update an existing program as your patient progresses through care.
The quickest way to update a program is to reference the access code for the program. Click on the open button in the upper right hand corner, type in the access code for the program you would like to edit, and select open program. You can open any program you have created or programs created by other providers to which you’ve been given access.
Once open, you can modify the program in the same way you build a program. You can search for and add new exercises or patient education, make modifications to the parameters of those exercises, and remove any exercises that are no longer needed. Once you save your program, your patient will instantly see all the changes you made in the MedBridge Go App or the online patient portal.
If you don’t have the access code for the program you would like to edit, you can quickly look at all the programs you’ve created by selecting “access codes” from the HEP builder page. From here, you can also access programs made by another provider. Click jump to program, type in the other provider’s access code, and you will be taken to that program and can make your edits. If the access code you have is not connecting you to a program, please contact MedBridge support.
