Increase adherence, and improve outcomes with MedBridge HEP... by modifying programs to meet your patient’s changing needs, and by immediately sharing updates in real time.
In this demonstration, we’ll review how to update an HEP as your patient progresses through care.
Start by navigating to your patient’s page, then click Update Program.
Once the program is open, you can modify it in the same way you build a program. You can add new exercises or patient education… make modifications to the parameters of the exercises… and remove any exercises or education videos that are no longer needed.
You can also revisit previous assignments by clicking on your patient’s past programs. From here, you can click “Add to current program” to bring back an exercise or educational video.
Once you’re done making edits, click save. Your patient will automatically see all the changes you made next time they log into the MedBridge Go App or the online patient portal. You can also share the updated program by email, text, or print.
If your organization has this feature enabled, you will be able to update programs that other providers have created as well. Start by navigating to the patient list. Then filter by all clinicians... and search for the patient in the search bar. Select the patient’s name, and click “Update Program.” You can then edit the program to fit the patient’s needs, and click save. Here too, the patient will automatically see the updates next time they log into their program.
Thanks for watching our demonstration on how to make changes to an existing HEP.
