When your employer creates a MedBridge account for you, you will receive an activation email from MedBridge. You'll need to follow the link in this email to verify your account details and create a password.
If you can't find your activation email, there are a few things you can do:
- Ask your employer which email they have on file. It's possible the email was sent to a different email address, such as your personal email, and it may be worth checking that inbox as well.
- Check your spam folder. The message may have erroneously been marked as spam.
Please note that the account verification link expires after 10 days. If your account verification link has expired, please visit the reset password page and enter the email address used on the account. You will receive an email with a new account verification link that will be valid for a new 10-day period.
