How do I download a Skills program transcript?

Skills program transcripts provide a downloadable PDF record of a Clinician's (student's) progress through the assigned program. They include completed skills, self-assessments, resources, and an audit log. Transcripts can be downloaded at any time by any role to review, share, or document training progress whether the program is incomplete or complete.

Downloading transcripts by role

Admins

1. From the main navigation, go to My Practice, then select Education Management.
2. From the navigation panel, select Skills.
3. Locate the relevant program and click to open it.
4. In the program view, select the Outcomes tab.
5. Find the Clinician you want to review.
6. Click the three-dot menu next to their name and select Download transcript.

You can also open the Clinician’s detail view and click the transcript icon in the top-right corner.

Managers

1. From the main navigation, go to My Practice, then select Education Management.
2. From the navigation panel, select Skills.
3. Locate the relevant program and click to open it.
4. In the program view, select the Outcomes tab.
5. Find the Clinician you want to review.
6. Click the three-dot menu next to their name and select Download transcript.

Managers have read-only access. They can download transcripts but cannot assign or edit programs.

Preceptors

1. On your Dashboard, locate the Skills (Preceptor) section.
2. Select the assigned program.
3. Choose the Clinician whose progress you want to view.
4. Click Download transcript in the top-right corner.

Clinicians

1. On your Dashboard, locate the Skills (Student) section.
2. Click the three-dot menu on the program card and select Transcript.

You can also open the program and use the Download transcript button in the top-right corner.

Transcript contents

When downloading a transcript, you can choose whether to include:

• Self-assessment responses
• Resources
• Audit log of skill review actions, including comments

All transcripts also include:

• Program and checklist names
• Program and checklist descriptions (if included by the program creator)
• Total and completed skills
• Learning assessment scores for Medbridge courses (if applicable)
