As a Preceptor, you can use your Skills dashboard to view the Students assigned to you and track their progress through a Skills program. This article walks through how to access your assigned programs and view Student progress.

Open Your Assigned Program
- On your Dashboard, any assigned programs will appear under the section labeled Skills (Preceptor).
- Select the program card for the relevant Skills program.
Each program card includes:
- Program name
- Number of checklists
- Number of assigned Students
- Assignment date
Viewing Assigned Students
- After selecting the program card, you'll see two tabs:
- All Clinicians: all Students assigned to this program that you are allowed to view based on your assigned Preceptor role and hierarchy.

My Clinicians (an upcoming feature): a personalized list of Students you’ve flagged .
- In the All Clinicians tab, you'll see a sortable table of Students, including:
- Student name
- Self-assessments completed
- Skills reviewed
- Days since assigned
- Due date (if set)
- If looking for a specific Student, you can filter or search using the search bar. Select a Student name to open their individual Skills review page. From here, you can view the checklists they've been assigned, see their self-assessment responses, and begin your Preceptor review.

Notes
- You can only view students who are assigned to the same program as you and are within your Preceptor role's hierarchy view.
- Students must be assigned by an Admin. You cannot add or remove Students from a program as a Preceptor.
- You must have an active subscription to access Preceptor features.
