New Product Features
CARE - PATHWAYS
New in Pathways: Secure Messaging Between Patients and Providers
You asked, and we listened—the highly requested messaging feature is now live in Pathways, allowing patients and care teams to communicate securely within the app.
Clinicians and care coordinators will receive message notifications within the Alerts tab when a patient reaches out, allowing them to respond in a timely manner. Patients who opt in will receive notifications via SMS or email.
With clinicians now just one click away, this enhancement will allow patients to feel more connected through their care journey.
EDUCATE - DASHBOARD
New in Educate: A More Customizable Course Dashboard
We’ve continued to fine tune the student experience within our Educate platform, making the course dashboard more customizable.
Now, users can “hide” courses from the dashboard in order to clean up their screen without losing progress on courses. Any courses with zero progress will continue to show on the dashboard but can be hidden if users are saving the courses to access later.
