The Tracker helps you stay organized by allowing you to log, manage, and download records of your continuing education (CE) activities, all in one place. You can track both MedBridge courses and external CE activities.
Navigating to the Tracker
- Log into MedBridge.
- From your Dashboard, select Tracker in the navigation menu.
- The Tracker view will open, showing a table of your recorded CE activities.
Adding a New CE Activity
- Select the Add New Activity button.
- Fill in the fields:
- Course Name/Title
- Type
- Contact Hours
- Cost
- Paid by Employer (Yes/No)

Date Completed
- Select Save.
Note: MedBridge course completions will be added automatically to this activity list when you download the certificate from the Certificates tab. You can read more about how to do this here.
To Edit or Delete a CE Activity
- Find the CE activity in your Tracker.
- Choose one of the following:

Edit: Update fields like contact hours or license info.

Delete: Permanently remove the entry.

Note: Auto-added MedBridge courses can be edited and deleted.
Additional Tips & Best Practices

Avoid duplicates: Make sure you do not accidentally add items multiple times. For example, MedBridge courses auto-populate so there’s no need to re-enter them. You may also see duplicates if you have multiple licenses and opt to download a Medbridge course certificate for all licenses rather than selecting a single license.

Be consistent: Use clear naming for external courses for easy finding.

Doublecheck any manual data entry: Incorrect course hours or other details may cause issues with licensing later.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
Why can’t I find my MedBridge course in the Tracker?
Medbridge courses are added to the Tracker once you have downloaded the certificate for your course in association with a license. If you have not downloaded the certificate yet or do not have a license added to your account, the course will not appear. Can I track CE for multiple licenses?
You can manually add CE activities from different license categories, but the Tracker does not currently organize entries by license.
Will I lose access to certificates if I cancel my subscription?
Access may be limited after your subscription ends. We recommend downloading certificates regularly for your records.
