Note: Users with multiple accounts will not be prompted to select an account on the sign-in screen of the clinician app. Instead, when prompted, the email address linked to the account you want to view must be inputted.
For users with multiple accounts, being able to switch between accounts is super helpful! When you're using the clinician app, you can easily switch between your accounts.
1. To get started, click Profile once signed into the app.
2. Scroll down and click Change Account.
3. The account selector will populate, and you will see all accounts listed.
4. From here, select the account you want to access. Please note that on this screen, you will also have the opportunity to designate an account as your default by selecting the checkbox prior to clicking on the account you intend to switch to within the app.
