Enhance Patient Management with Pathways Clinical Dashboard Updates
Our latest Pathways Dashboard tab enhancements are here to simplify patient management and support remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) data visualization.
With a new streamlined three-step process, clinicians can now navigate to the Dashboard tab, view and filter patients by activity and program status, and then easily navigate to any patient record by clicking their name.
Clinicians can use the RTM engagement tab on the dashboard to quickly identify whether patients have met RTM billing codes.

Seamlessly Integrate Pathways with Epic Direct Integration
Experience the power of Epic Direct integration with Pathways! Providers can now access Pathways directly from within Epic. For added flexibility, we’ve created two access options in which providers can either:
- Create and edit a Pathways program directly from their chart during a patient encounter
- Access the view-only version of Pathways from within the patient record
Editing a pathway from the chart allows providers to quickly view the program and adjust exercises while interacting with other patient data. The view-only version ensures that patient data integrity is preserved while still allowing the provider to view necessary information for charting or billing.
Both options allow providers to access Pathways information through our integration in whichever way fits their workflow, keep patient records synchronized, and ensure an optimized care experience.
