To edit your profile, you start by logging into your account.
Once you've logged in, click Edit Profile. If you're currently logged in, just click here to be taken there.
The Edit Profile page has several sections you can update. Choose which one you want to know more about:
Account Information
This section includes:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Discipline
- State
- Birthday
- Phone number
Individual subscribers can change their name and email email address. Please note that account sharing or swapping is not allowed. By changing your name or email address, you are certifying the following:
- You have the legal right to make this change and are making this change for yourself and no other party.
- You understand that any change to this information now or in the future will change on all previous and future certificates or completions.
Default Homepage
This setting will change which page you first arrive at when you log in to your account. By default, you will arrive at your Medbridge dashboard, but you can choose to change your default homepage to streamline your workflow.
You will have a variety of options available here depending on your subscription type, role, and more. Options include:
- Dashboard
- Practice Analytics
- HEP Builder
- Patient Education Library
- Patient List
- Access Code List
Reset Password
In this section, you can change your password while you are logged in.
Please Note: If you have more than one account linked to your email, changing your password will update the password for all accounts.

Identifiable Information
This section is where you verify the last 4 digits of your social security number to ensure submission of course completion to your state boards.
Default Account
This section will only appear to users who have more than one account linked to their email address. The default account will automatically log you in to the selected default without needing to choose an account upon each sign in. You can always change (or remove) your selected default account by clicking Manage default account.
