- Sign into your Medbridge account if you are not signed in already.
- Navigate to My Practice in the upper right menu bar and click Knowledge Tracks from the drop down menu.
- Once you locate the desired Knowledge Track from your library, hover over it and select the three dots in the upper right hand corner and then select Outcomes.
- Scroll down to the Assigned Users section. This is where you can see the progress of each individual that you have assigned the Knowledge Track to.
- Find the user that you are wanting to download a certificate for. You can do this by searching for their name in the search box or by scrolling through the name column.
- When you have located the desired user, click the 3 dots on the far right side of the table and select Download Certificate. If the 3 dots do not appear for that user, then they have not completed the Knowledge Track or have not met the minimum course score required to complete the Knowledge Track.
