How to Download a Knowledge Track Certificate as an Administrator
Sign into your MedBridge account if you are not signed in already
Navigate to “My Practice” in the upper right menu bar and click on “Knowledge Tracks” from the drop down menu.
Once you locate the desired Knowledge Track from your library, hover it and select the three dots in the upper right hand corner and then select "Outcomes".
Scroll down to the Assigned Users section. This is where you can see the progress of each individual that you have assigned the Knowledge Track too.
Find the user that you are wanting to download a certificate for. You can do this by searching for their name in the search box or by scrolling through the name column.
When you have located the desired user, click the 3 dots on the far right side of the table and select "Download Certificate". If the 3 dots do not appear for that user, then they have not completed the Knowledge Track or have not met the minimum course score required to complete the Knowledge Track.
