To ensure that all of your completed and approved courses appear in your tracker, you will need to download your course completion certificates.
Before you can download a certificate, you must add a license to your profile. Please follow these instructions to add a license.
Once your license has been added:
- Sign into your account at www.medbridge.com/sign-in.
2. Click the Certificates tab in the gray toolbar or by following this URL:
https://www.medbridge.com/myprofile/certificates
3. Locate the course for which you need a certificate. Click Download.
4) You will be prompted to choose which license you would like to download the certificate for or you can click on the Download for all Licenses button.
Once you download the certificate, and if the course is approved for your license(s), you will see the contact hours appear in your tracker.
