You can find all the details of your subscription, including the expiration date and auto-renewal details, by navigating to the subscription page.
- Login to MedBridge.
- From the "Dashboard" page, click on "Subscription."
On this page, you can see your current subscription price, the date your subscription renews, and the payment card the renewal will be charged to. The bottom half of the page give details on your current renewal settings and what happens when you turn auto-renewal off.
Turn Off Auto-Renewal
You may turn off your auto-renewal at any time using the steps below. If you take these steps, you will still be able to log into your account and view your completed courses and certificates, but you will not be able to take any new courses or access the HEP without a valid subscription.
To turn off auto-renewal:

Login to MedBridge.

From the "Dashboard" page, click on "Subscription."

Click on the gray “Turn off automatic renewal” button.

On the next page, select a reason why you are turning off auto-renew. You may also provide us to feedback on how we can improve.

Click the red “Turn off automatic renewal” button to complete the process.
