- If you are an individual subscriber and you have more than one MedBridge subscription and want to consolidate.
- If you were an individual subscriber but have joined an organization that is paying for your subscription and you no longer need your personal subscription.
- If you belonged to an organization but have joined a new organization OR have signed up for your own subscription.
In these cases we can move your completed courses, certificates, webinars, and certificate programs.
- For customers on an enterprise account, we cannot migrate any Knowledge Track info.
- We cannot migrate HEP data regardless of account type.
To move your account history, contact MedBridge Support with the following information:
- Your name
- The account you want to move FROM
- The account you want to move TO
