Yes you can! You may have heard it called merging, moving, or migrating.
There are a few scenarios you may be experiencing where moving account history or merging/combining accounts can be helpful:
- If you are an individual subscriber and you have more than one Medbridge subscription and want to consolidate.
- If you were an individual subscriber and signed up for a new organization account through our new self-serve ordering process. (See note below.)
- If you were an individual subscriber but have joined an organization that is paying for your subscription and you no longer need your personal subscription.
- If you belonged to an organization but have joined a new organization OR have signed up for your own subscription.
What we CAN migrate:
- Completed courses
- Certificates
- Webinars
- Certificate programs
What we CAN'T migrate:
- Exercise programs (HEPs)
- Custom exercises
- Templates
- For enterprise accounts, we cannot migrate any Knowledge Track info.
Individuals purchasing new organization subscriptions
You will need to recreate any exercise programs, custom content, or templates that you wish to keep in your new account. Currently, there is no automated way to do this, but our Support team can offer some suggestions.
To move your account history, contact Medbridge Support with the following information:
- Your name
- The account you want to move FROM
- The account you want to move TO
