Please note: If your organization uses the standard version of our HEP platform where programs are associated with specific patient data instead of only an access code, these steps will not work at this time, as our standard HEP only assigns each patient to one program.
If your patient has been assigned another program, and would like to navigate between the two Access Codes, please ask them to do the following steps on their mobile device:
Adding A New Access Code
- Tap on the gear icon next to the MedBridge GO logo
- Tap "Add New Access Code"
- The next screen that should appear is "Need to add your newest exercises? Sign in with your access code." Type in your second access code, then select "Next."
- Tap "GO" to start your next program
Switching Between Programs
- Tap on the gear icon next to the MedBridge GO logo
- Tap "Manage Programs"
- The program you are currently viewing will display a blue check mark on the left. The program that is inactive is greyed out. Tap on the greyed out access code to switch from the active program to the inactive program.
