Pathways is Medbridge's new provider-driven digital MSK care platform. Learn more about Medbridge Pathways and request a demo.
The pathway state reflects a patient’s current progress and can help you identify or filter their status easily.
There are five pathway states:
- Active: assigned a pathway and accepted the invite (enrolled), but has not yet completed all phases of the pathway.
- Completed: completed the final phase in their pathway, including the final assessment survey.
- Pending: assigned a pathway and is still within the 7 day window to accept the invite but has not yet accepted.
- Expired: assigned a pathway but did not accept their invite within the 7 day window, so the invite has expired.
- Canceled: a clinician manually canceled the pathway for the patient, removing access from the patient.
The easiest place to view and utilize these states is on the Patient tab.
Navigating to the Patient Tab
- Start by signing in to your Medbridge account. At the top of the page, select Patient Engagement, then select Pathways.
- You'll start on the Pathways home page and see three tabs: Patients, Pathways, and Dashboard. To see the patient list, select Patients.
From here, you can view and sort the Pathway state column.
You can also filter patients by pathway state via the Filter button.
