If a patient’s responses to certain assessments indicate a safety concern, such as reporting a recent fall, their pathway is automatically paused.
Once the concern has been reviewed, their clinician can choose to unpause the pathway by going to that patient’s record in Pathways.
Navigating to the Patient Record
- Start by signing in to your Medbridge account. At the top of the page, select Patient Engagement, then select Pathways.
- You'll start on the Pathways home page and see three tabs: Patients, Pathways, and Dashboard. To see the patient list, select Patients.
From here, select the patient to view their patient record.
Unpausing a Pathway
- The patient record should indicate why the patient's pathway was paused at the top of the record.
- When you are ready to unpause the pathway, select the Unpause pathway button.
- If you are sure you want to unpause the pathway, select Confirm.
