New Pathways Analytics Dashboards
We’ve launched an all-new Pathways Admin Dashboard designed to give you real-time access to crucial Pathways KPIs, clinician performance, and patient engagement.
With new diverse filtering capability and in-depth insights, you can easily monitor your clinic’s Pathways utilization metrics to drive success for both your team and patients, ensuring optimal outcomes every step of the way.

Engagement Alerts, Pause Functionality, and New Alternate Exercises
We're enhancing Pathways with new updates to boost patient engagement and streamline provider workflows. Engagement alerts now provide real-time notifications about patient activity right from the patient record, helping you stay informed and respond proactively when a patient completes an assessment, logs an activity, or has stalled in their program.
We’ve also given providers greater control by allowing them to pause or cancel an assigned pathway when clinically appropriate, or mark a pathway as completed.
Finally, expanded alternate exercise options now include exercise swaps for the non-arthritic hip and foot pain pathways, giving clinicians even more flexibility to personalize care.

Pathways Pelvic Health Program: Incontinence
Urinary incontinence affects millions of people worldwide and has been shown to significantly impact physical function, reduce participation in daily activities, and reduce overall quality of life.
That’s why we’re excited to announce that Pathways will soon include our first Pelvic Health program, to support patients with urinary incontinence through evidence-based, progressive care. With six new pathways targeting urge, mixed, and stress incontinence, patients will gain access to effective pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) programs and targeted educational materials, shown to boost self-efficacy, reduce symptoms, and improve overall well-being.
Care - Pathways
Multiple Pathway Support
Patients often present with multiple conditions that require comprehensive care. With our upcoming Multiple Pathway Support feature, providers will have the flexibility to assign more than one pathway to a single patient, whether simultaneously or as a continuation of care. Patients will be able to actively engage in multiple pathways at once or smoothly transition to a new pathway after completing a previous one. The update will also allow both providers and patients to easily switch between active pathways and revisit past ones.
Plus, existing patients will be able to accept new pathway assignments directly in the Pathways web app without re-registering or needing an invitation link.
