Pathways Beta: RTM Enablement
We know that for clinicians, being able to bill for provided services is a necessary reality. Remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) offers an additional way to bill for services you’re already performing. We are building RTM functionality directly into Pathways so that you can track, save, and bill for the time you and your patients spend using the program. Enabling RTM to track patient Pathways activity is now available to select Beta partners to support codes 98975 and 98977. Stay tuned for more updates on billing support and RTM availability as we continue to learn from these early stages!

New Fall Prevention Pathways (Limited Availability)
Medbridge is on a mission to support providers in caring for patients of all ability levels and needs, reducing any barriers around access to care. As our musculoskeletal pathways have taken off with great success, we have also turned our attention to one of the most pervasive causes of injury among older adults: falls. We are very excited to roll out a new Fall Prevention Pathway, our first balance-oriented program geared toward reducing fall risk by getting to patients before a fall occurs. Fall Prevention is currently only available for select organizations, but stay tuned for general availability announcements!

New Pathways Navigation Bar and More Alternate Exercises
To further enhance personalized care, we’ve continued to add alternate exercises to Pathways programs. Now, alternate exercises are available for the Knee Pain, Knee OA, and Hip OA pathways. We’ve also updated the main navigation bar for a more intuitive experience. The “Invite” tab is now labeled “Pathways,” where you’ll see a list of all available programs and can preview the content in each pathway. The “Patients” tab houses your list of patients and the ability to create new patient profiles. The “Dashboard” tab still houses your Pathways Analytics.
