Alternative Exercise Options Within Pathways
Pathways now allows providers to select from a pool of exercises to swap with our standard options for each unique patient. These additional exercises go through review by our expert medical board, so you can be sure they are offering the highest level of care.
Swap options are now available in the low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, or knee OA pathways today, with more coming soon. For more information on how to swap exercises within a pathway, check out our help center article.

New Pathways ‘Create Patient’ Feature
In order to make the Pathways assignment process simpler for both you and your patient, we’ve added a new ‘Create Patient’ feature. This will allow you to create a patient’s profile for them and assign them to their program all in one place instead of sending an invite and waiting for them to set up. It will also allow you to better track the status of patient invites and make it easier to resend invites that may have expired.

New Program Preview Function
Created and vetted by our in-house medical experts and rooted in the most up-to-date clinical best practices, you can trust that the education and exercises within our Pathways programs are top-notch. But rather than take our word for it, you can use our new and improved preview function and see exactly what goes into each program.
