Medbridge gives you everything you need to provide better care and grow your business. You can purchase a Medbridge Group Subscription for your organization and provide access to your staff in just a few minutes.
In this article, we’ll show you how to purchase a Medbridge Group subscription. Scroll down to get started or click the links below if you want to jump to a specific section.

Choose Your Plan Type
- To get started, head to the Plans and Pricing page and review all of the plans available.
- You can add seats for just one package OR add seats for multiple packages if you're interested. Just select Add to cart beneath any plan type you’d like to purchase.
- Using the plus and minus buttons, select the number of seats you’d like to purchase under each plan.
- When you’re ready to proceed, select Continue to checkout.
Create Your Account & Complete Purchase
You’ll now be asked to create your Medbridge account.
- Enter your name, email address and discipline. Then, create a password. When you’re done, select Create account.

On the payment page, you can adjust the number or quantity of seats in each plan in your cart as needed. From here, you’ll be asked to enter your organization’s information and your payment information. Note that the shipping address should be your organization's address as this is how tax will be calculated.

When you’re finished, select Subscribe. This process will take a few moments as we confirm your payment, and set up your Organization and subscriptions.
Congratulations, you’ve just subscribed to Medbridge! You’re on your way to providing your staff the industry-leading online education and digital patient care platform.
Update Your Organization Information & Invite Staff
Now you’ll just need to enter a few final details about your organization, and invite your staff to Medbridge.
- Enter your organization’s setting, your job level (i.e. owner, Manager, Clinical staff,) department, and an optional phone number. Select Continue.

Now you can add your staff to your Medbridge account. You can assign yourself a seat and you’ll automatically be assigned the Admin role. Note that if you do not assign yourself a seat, you will not have access to the Medbridge product.

Select Add Another User to start adding your team to Medbridge.

Enter your staff member’s email address, and choose which type of seat to assign them. The dropdown menu will show how many seats are available to assign. You can also optionally assign them a role so they can help manage your Medbridge organization. Learn more about roles.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for everyone on your team. You can always add additional users by visiting the Organization Management page. You can find step-by-step instructions in this article. Learn more about adding users to Medbridge.
- When you’re finished, select Finish Setup.
You and your staff are now ready to use Medbridge! When you’re all finished, select Continue to Homepage and you’ll be taken to your Medbridge dashboard.

FAQ
Which users can complete a self-service checkout for group subscriptions?
You can complete a self-service checkout if you do not currently belong to an organization with an active subscription. If you belong to an organization but would like to start your own group subscription, please contact subscription support. If you do not see an option to purchase a plan, please connect with our sales team or contact support.
Can I purchase a Medbridge Group Plan if I already have an individual subscription?
Yes! If you’re an individual subscriber and would like to purchase a subscription for your organization, you can complete the self-service checkout from the Plans and Pricing page.
Which subscriptions can I purchase through the Plans and Pricing page?
Our available subscription packages are:

How do I purchase plans that are not listed on the Plans and Pricing page?

What if I can’t purchase via credit card?
If you are unable to purchase using a credit card, please Contact Sales to purchase a subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We'd hate to see you go! But if you need to cancel your subscription, please follow these instructions.
Note: You’ll keep access to your subscription features until the end of your subscription cycle. Per our terms of service, canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund.
How do I update my payment information?
To update payment information, navigate to Organization Management and select Billing. From here you can update your payment method. Note that we require at least one payment method to be on file.
How do I find a receipt?
You will be emailed a receipt at the time of purchase. To find a receipt of payment later, navigate to Organization Management and select Billing.
How do I change my subscription after purchase?
If you’re an administrator for your organization you can upgrade seats via the Plans & Pricing tab in Organization Management. If you do not have this tab, please contact contact Admin Support.
