Medbridge’s MyChart integration enables a Single Sign-On (SSO) for your patients using their MyChart credentials. This reduces friction for them in accessing their Medbridge programs (HEP or Pathways) with one less credential to remember, and provides Medbridge program access in the patient portal they are already accustomed to using for their other medical programs.
Benefits & ROI
Optimize the patient experience by:
- Enabling patients to access Medbridge directly from within MyChart.
- Eliminating the requirement for patients to create a Medbridge username and password in order to access their digital care through MyChart.
- Allowing patients without a MyChart account to access their digital care through Medbridge as they normally would.
Simplify program sharing by:
- Eliminating the need for clinicians to spend extra time guiding patients through Medbridge account setup.
