If your patient is struggling with an exercise, needs a modification, or there's just a different exercise you prefer, it's easy to make a swap in your patient's pathway. This way, you can use your clinical judgment to ensure your patient is as successful with their program as possible. You can swap exercises before and after a patient has accepted their pathway invitation and enrolled in Pathways.
In this article, we'll show you how to swap exercises in Medbridge Pathways.
- Navigate to Pathways by selecting it from the Patient Engagement menu.
- Select Patients.
- From the patient list, you can sort by patient name, date of birth, or enrollment data by clicking the arrows next to each title. You can also select the Filter button to sort all patients by Pathways assignment or enter a range of enrollment dates.
- When you've found your patient, select their name to view their patient record. From the Patient Record, you can view your patient's progress, assessment results, and more. The patient does not have to have accepted your Pathways invitation yet. Learn more about the Patient List and Patient Record.
- From the patient record, select Exercises to view all assigned exercises in their current program.
- Select the exercise you'd like to swap.
- If any exercises are available to swap for the one selected, you'll see these options populate on the menu on the right side of the screen. Select Swap exercise to replace the selected exercise with the swap option.
