If your organization has integrated Medbridge with MyChart, your patients will access their programs using their MyChart login, saving them from remembering another username and password.
In this article, we’ll show you how your patients will access their Medbridge program from MyChart so you can help troubleshoot any issues they come across. Note that each MyChart integration is customized, so the exact location and name of the Medbridge access link may be different for your organization.
To access their program from MyChart, your patient will need to
- Navigate to the MyChart login page, enter their MyChart username and password, and select Sign In.
- Select the Menu button in the upper left corner.
- Search or scroll through the menu to find the Medbridge menu item. Remember, the exact position and name of this menu item may be different for you. Select that item to access the program.
- Next, the patient will be taken right to the Medbridge Patient Portal where they can view your exercises, log activity, and more.
Notes and Tips:
- Your patient will not be able to access Medbridge from MyChart until you assign them a home program.
- Patients will not be able use their MyChart credentials in the Medbridge patient portal or Medbridge GO app. If your organization has enabled the MyChart integration, you should always direct your patient to their MyChart to access their program.
- If your patient doesn't have an active MyChart account, they should first activate their MyChart account. If your patient cannot activate their MyChart account, they can use their access code to access their program via the Medbridge patient portal or Medbridge GO app.
