A provider can launch Medbridge directly from Raintree, use Single Sign-On to bypass entering additional credentials, and the patient context can be electronically sent to Medbridge, eliminating patient data entry. After saving an HEP in Medbridge, a clinician can retrieve the PDF of that program from Raintree and save it to the patient’s chart.

Raintree EMR Integration Flow

1. RAINTREE SINGLE SIGN-ON TO MEDBRIDGE
   1. From the patient list in Raintree, a provider can open the Medbridge window and click ‘View Patient Profile’ to launch Medbridge. The clinician will be logged in to Medbridge in an embedded view inside of Raintree.
2. VIEW PATIENT PROFILE IN MEDBRIDGE
   1. The provider will land on the patient’s profile in Medbridge and can view any patient adherence data including previous HEPs, or the provider can create a new HEP for the patient. This profile is created automatically from the EMR.
3. CREATE HEP IN MEDBRIDGE
   1. The provider can create and customize the patient’s HEP in Medbridge. After saving the HEP,  the clinician should return to the patient’s chart in Raintree.
4. SAVE BACK HEP TO RAINTREE
   1. From the patient’s chart in Raintree, the provider can click the ‘Save to Record’ button in the Medbridge HEP window to retrieve and save a PDF of the HEP to the patient’s chart in Raintree.
