When you enroll a patient in Pathways, you set them up with a powerful program to independently manage their care. Your patient can progress at their own pace as they recover without traveling to the clinic or you updating their program.
In order for your patient to succeed with Pathways, they first need to enroll. Medbridge makes it easy to check the enrollment status of your Pathways patients, and in this article, we'll show you how.
Patient List
- Start by signing in to your Medbridge account. At the top of the page, select Patient Engagement, then select Pathways.
