Pathways is MedBridge's new provider-driven digital MSK care platform. Learn more about MedBridge Pathways and request a demo.
When you enroll a patient in Pathways, you set them up with a powerful program to independently manage their care. Your patient can progress at their own pace as they recover without traveling to the clinic or you updating their program.
In order for your patient to succeed with Pathways, they first need to enroll. MedBridge makes it easy to check the enrollment status of your Pathways patients, and in this article, we'll show you how.
- Start by signing in to your MedBridge account. At the top of your dashboard, select Patient Engagement, then select Pathways.
- You'll start on the Pathways invite page. To monitor your patients' enrollment status, select Dashboard.
At the top of this dashboard, you'll see filters you can use to adjust the data you're seeing on this page, as well as a high level summary of the invites you've sent and the number of patients who have enrolled and accessed their Pathway.
In the Invite to Enroll section, you can see graphs indicating how many invites were sent each week and how many of those patients enrolled. If the bars for a given week are of equal height, then all your patients have enrolled in their program.
Further down the page, in the Invite Detail section, you can get more details about each invite you've sent. You can see each patient's name, their contact information, when their invite was sent, and whether or not they have enrolled.
If you have patients who have not enrolled in their Pathway, consider calling or emailing them to troubleshoot any issues they have had with enrollment.
