Take a look back at last year’s top product improvements and look ahead with our January 2024 product updates.
Product and Feature Highlights
Track Patient Feedback With the Improved Patient Profile
Clinicians will now get information about their patients’ progress faster than ever with the revamped Patient Profile.
This update includes a new program feedback card that surfaces patient-reported pain and difficulty with a consolidated design to provide more information in less space.
Connect Directly With Your Patients
Rather than calling or sending an email, clinicians can message their patients directly via the MedBridge platform to check in and keep them engaged.
Learn how to stay connected with your patients.
Note: Messaging is not available for HEP Lite users. If you’d like to upgrade your organization’s HEP subscription, contact our Sales team.
Collaboratively Care for Patients With New Care Teams Feature
With Care Teams, you can now assign multiple providers to a patient’s episode of care. All providers in that team will receive a notification when a patient sends a message, ensuring the patient gets the appropriate follow-up as quickly as possible.

Note: Care Teams are not available for HEP Lite users. If you’d like to upgrade your organization’s HEP subscription, contact our Sales team.
Help Patients Keep Exercise Streaks Going With Our New Activity Calendar
When a patient logs into the MedBridge GO app or Patient Portal, they’ll see a 7-day calendar that displays their past activity. In the MedBridge GO app, patients can tap the calendar to quickly log activity on any of the past 7 days.
Because your patients can log activity more easily, you’re able to get more information from them and provide even better care!

Help Your Staff Embrace Digital Care Tools
It can be a challenge to motivate your staff to change their habits and embrace new tools. To improve staff buy-in with telehealth, digital HEPs, and more, we’ve created new courses that explain what digital care is while sharing best practices for more effective care.
Preview these courses by visiting our course catalog, then assign them to your staff in a Knowledge Track and increase your utilization of digital care tools.
Promote Clinical Excellence With Curated Certificate Programs
Our new curated curriculums gather courses from our top instructors into a single track that learners can complete to advance their careers. This year, we’ve launched twelve new certificates for in-demand topics, including person-centered care in speech therapy, cancer survivorship, and more.
