Pathways is MedBridge’s new digital care platform that is purpose-built to keep therapy at the forefront of care. It can help you deliver superior patient outcomes across the musculoskeletal care spectrum.
In this article, we'll show you how to assign a Pathway to your patient.
- Start by logging in to your MedBridge account. You can access Pathways from your Dashboard by selecting Patient Engagement, then selecting Pathways.
- You can assign your patient a Pathway via a QR code, an email, or a text message. Note that each invite can only be used once. Select the Regenerate Invite button after each use.
Note: The Regenerate Invite button must be clicked between each assignment. Each patient receives a unique invite, and if Regenerate Invite is not selected between patients, patients could receive an invite that's already been used and be unable to log in.
Select Generate QR Code to create a unique QR Code for your patient.
They can then open their smartphone's camera and point it at the code. They can then tap their screen to be taken directly to their Pathway.
Enter your patient's email address, and confirm they have consented to receive a program invite in their email. Then, select Send Email.
Your patient will receive an email similar to the one below. They can tap the link to begin creating their account.
Enter your patient's phone number, and confirm they have consented to receive a program invite in their email. Then, select Send Text.
