Clinicians will now get information about their patient’s progress faster than ever with the newly revamped Patient Profile.
This update includes a new program feedback card that surfaces patient-reported pain and difficulty with a consolidated design to provide more information in less space.
Help Patients Keep Exercise Streaks Going With Our New Activity Calendar
Keeping an exercise streak alive has never been easier! Now, when a patient logs into MedBridge GO or the patient portal, they’ll see a 7-day calendar that displays their past activity.

Manage RTM Access at the Clinic Level
If your organization is using Remote Therapeutic Monitoring to support your patients, you can now manage RTM access at the clinic level, empowering you to try RTM at a specific clinic or limit RTM access to specific users.
Visit the Help Center to learn how to enable RTM at the clinic level.
In addition, your clinicians now have up to 14 days to disable RTM before your organization will be billed. Learn more about disabling RTM episodes.
