At MedBridge, we’re committed to enhancing our offerings so you can more easily deliver exceptional patient care. This year, we've taken MedBridge GO and our patient portal to the next level, ensuring a superior patient experience. We've also unveiled an exciting new patient profile, along with a treasure trove of fresh exercises and invaluable educational resources.
In this article, we’ll walk you through the latest upgrades to our cutting-edge patient engagement platform. New to MedBridge HEP? Learn more here. If you’re an individual subscriber and would like to add on the MedBridge HEP, upgrade your subscription.
Improve the Patient Login Process
The MedBridge GO app and Patient Portal are powerful tools for engaging your patients in their rehab. To make their experience even better, patients can now log in more seamlessly and see their program progress at a glance.
Help Your Patients Use MedBridge With Our New Patient Help Center
We know it can sometimes be a challenge to get your patients up and running with MedBridge’s suite of digital care tools. With that in mind, we’ve launched a new Patient Help Center packed with videos and articles so that your patients can more easily use MedBridge GO, the Patient Portal, and more.
Support Patients Pre- and Post-Surgery With New Patient Education Resources and Exercises
Your clinicians play a critical role in a successful surgery for patients. To help you better support patients receiving common surgeries like total hip and shoulder replacement, we’ve launched new patient education and exercises you can assign to patients pre- or post-surgery.
New HEP Features for Organization Subscriptions
When your organization subscribes to our full HEP offering, you unlock additional features like messaging, adherence track, and more. This year, we overhauled our patient profile and continued to improve our RTM offering, giving you even more tools to provide an exceptional patient experience.
Note: The following features are not available for individuals subscribers or organizations with HEP Lite. Request a demo for your organization to learn more.
Track Patient Feedback With the New Patient Profile
Clinicians will now get information about their patient’s progress faster than ever with the newly revamped Patient Profile.
This update includes a new program feedback card that surfaces patient-reported pain and difficulty with a consolidated design to provide more information in less space.
Help Patients Keep Exercise Streaks Going With Our New Activity Calendar
Keeping an exercise streak alive has never been easier! Now, when a patient logs into MedBridge GO or the patient portal, they’ll see a 7-day calendar that displays their past activity.
Manage RTM Access at the Clinic Level
If your organization is using Remote Therapeutic Monitoring to support your patients, you can now manage RTM access at the clinic level, empowering you to try RTM at a specific clinic or limit RTM access to specific users.
In addition, your clinicians now have up to 14 days to disable RTM before your organization will be billed. Learn more about disabling RTM episodes.
